The E- government, a system that enables people to access and benefi t from
social services by using information technology to the public, civic, employees
and business partners. Although in the fi rst sense, the e-government appears to
be a result of the activities of electronic
services of social services, it is actually
deeper. The information and communication technologies are the basic tool in the
state’s electronization. The main goal is to increase the capacity of information
production, to create a state structure that can quickly decide and respond to needs.
For being successful in this area a state must fi rst create the strategic structure of
e-government .It serves as a general abstraction to
the structural E-government
strategy. Taking into account the importance of work, we can say that the
structure of the electronic government strategy is defi cient when compared to
many national e-government strategies.
This article examined the comprehensive review of the E-government strategic
structure,
developmental stages, models, E-government ethical standards in
practice, models of new business creation through social networks, environmental
