Hər birinizi salamlayır, Beynəlxalq “Xəzər Neft və Qaz” sərgi və konfransının 25 illik yubileyi və növbəti tədbirinin açılışı münasibətilə sizi təbrik edirəm. Ümummilli lider Heydər Əliyevin neft strategiyasının həyata keçirilməsində müstəsna rolu olan “Xəzər Neft və Qaz” sərgi və konfransının ilkin missiyası Xəzərin karbohidrogen ehtiyatlarının işlənməsinə beynəlxalq şirkətlərin marağının cəlb olunması idisə, hazırda bu tədbir əldə olunmuş nailiyyətlərin, səmərəli, mənfəətli və çoxtərəfli əməkdaşlıq əlaqələrinin nümayiş etdirildiyi platforma səviyyəsinə yüksəlmişdir. Bu illər ərzində miqyas və məzmun etibarilə regional hadisəyə çevrilmiş “Xəzər Neft və Qaz” sərgi və konfransı Azərbaycanı neft sənayesinin mərkəzi kimi dünyaya tanıtmışdır. Müstəqil Azərbaycanın neft-qaz sənayesinin inkişaf salnaməsini yaratmışdır. Builki sərgi və konfrans Xəzərin ölkəmizə aid sektorundakı enerji resurslarının işlənməsinin yeni saziş və layihələrlə növbəti inkişaf mərhələsinin başlandığı vaxta təsadüf edir. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin məqsədyönlü və qətiyyətli siyasətinin töhfələri olan “Azəri”, “Çıraq” yataqları və “Günəşli” yatağının dərinsulu hissəsinin (AÇG) birgə işlənməsi və hasilatın pay bölgüsü haqqında dəyişdirilmiş və yenidən işlənmiş sazişin imzalanması, “Şahdəniz Mərhələ 2”, “Cənubi Qafqaz Boru Kəmərlərinin Genişləndirilməsi” və TANAP layihələrinin başa çatdırılması Xəzər regionunu dünya ilə daha da sıx bağlayacaq mühüm hadisələrdir. Bu nailiyyətlər Azərbaycanın uzunmüddətli etibarlı tərəfdaş və enerji təhlükəsizliyinin təminatçısı mövqeyini möhkəmləndirəcəkdir. Azərbaycan əməkdaşlığın genişləndirilməsinə xidmət edən layihələrini neft- qazla bərabər, neft-kimya sahəsi üzrə də həm ölkədə, həm də xaricdə həyata keçirir. Yekunlaşmaqda olan bu layihələr Azərbaycanı gələcəkdə neft-kimya məhsullarının ixracatçısı kimi daha çox ölkələrin, enerji şirkətlərinin maraq dairəsinə çevirəcəkdir. İnanıram ki, XXV Beynəlxalq “Xəzər Neft və Qaz” sərgi və konfransı dünyanın müxtəlif ölkələrini təmsil edən hökumət nümayəndələrinin, neft-qaz şirkətləri və mütəxəssislərinin bir araya gələrək yeni ideya və əməkdaşlıq təkliflərinin müzakirə meydanı olacaqdır. Ölkələrimiz və şirkətlərimiz arasında yeni əməkdaşlıq əlaqələrinin qurulmasına töhfə verəcəkdir. Fürsətdən istifadə edərək, bu sərgi və konfransın təşkilatçılarına təşəkkürümü bildirir, 25 ildir bizimlə birgə addımlayan, həmçinin yeni qoşulan iştirakçılarımıza uğurlar arzulayıram. Hörmətlə, Pərviz Şahbazov Azərbaycan Respublikasının energetika naziri 10 11 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: Dear Exhibition and Conference Participants: I extend my warmest greetings and heartily congratulate you all on the 25th anniversary and opening of the International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference, Caspian Oil & Gas 2018. The initial mission of the Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference, which played an exceptional role in the implementation of the oil strategy initiated by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was to generate the interest of international companies in exploring energy resources of the Caspian Sea; whereas today this event has turned into an efficient platform for demonstrating achievements and favourable, profitable and multifaceted cooperation relationships. Throughout these years, the Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference that has introduced Azerbaijan to the world as the hub of oil industry has turned into a regional event which is unique for its scale and content. The exhibition and conference has helped to create the glorious story about the development of oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan. This year’s exhibition and conference coincide with a period that marks the start of the next development stage for exploration of energy resources in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea; a period that is also accompanied with new contracts and projects. Joint exploration of the Azeri and Chirag Fields and the Deep Water Portion of the Guneshli Field (ACG), which are the direct result of the targeted and decisive policy of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the signing of the amended and revised Production Sharing Agreement (PSA), and the commissioning of the Shah Deniz Stage 2, South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion and TANAP projects are important events that closely tie the Caspian region with the world community. These achievements are going to strengthen the position of Azerbaijan as a reliable and long-term partner and the provider of energy security. Along with oil and gas, Azerbaijan also implements projects in the petrochemical field, both locally and abroad. These initiatives also serve to expanding Azerbaijan’s cooperation relationships with the world community. These projects that are about to be completed soon will attract Azerbaijan to a number of countries and energy companies as exporter of petrochemical products. I firmly believe that the 25th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference will become an efficient platform for discussing new ideas and cooperation proposals by bringing together government officials and oil and gas specialists from various countries of the world. These events will contribute to establishing new cooperation relationships between our countries and companies. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Organisers of this exhibition and conference. I also wish every success both to our permanent participants, who have been with us for the past 25 years, and debutants of this event.
