(Yardımcı. 2017:1).
hayır ilahı Ülgen’in koruyucu ruh olarak kabul edilen yedi oğlundan birini adı Yaşıl (Yeşil)
Kaan idi. Yaşıl Kaan’ın genellikle bitkilerin yetişip-büyümelerini düzenlediğine inanılırdı. Yani

(ATATÜRK TURKISH-ENGLISH RELATIONS IN THE TERM)
Ahmet EDİ
Suat POLAT
When the Turkish foreign policy of the Atatürk period is examined, it is
clear that Turkey, which has emerged from the War of Independence and has
significant losses and gains at the same time, should be firmly founded. For this
reason, the main factor that guided foreign policy in this period was the concept of
Peace and Peace in the State and Peace of Independence. The basis of this policy
is the preservation of peace and in the same direction the realization of the
cooperation of other countries in the framework of peace. Turkey has a different
place and importance in relation to other countries and their relations with Great
Britain in this period. Because the super powers of time (Germany, Austria-
Hungary, Tsarist Russia and Ottoman) were disintegrated as a result of World War
I that took place between the World countries. Soviet Russia, which was founded
with the collapse of Tsarist Russia, was dragged into a great civil war. The US has
once again embraced isolation (loneliness) policy, which it had adopted previously.
When it comes to France, Germany needs the support of the United Kingdom for
the agreement that Germany is trying to sign to Germany for the sake of never
again posing a threat to it, because Italy and Japan can not have a peaceful
balance against Britain The task of organizing the post-war world remained in
Britain, despite the fact that the war had been diminished. Moreover, in addition to
this active position of the UK, the Lausanne Peace Treaty, which is very important
in terms of Turkish history and still maintains its validity today, has some issues
that can not be settled between the two countries and has led to the continuation of
the two countries or unwilling bilateral relations. In particular, the issue of Mosul, in
particular, has led to the occasional tension between the relations of the two
countries and even to the point of war. Later, when the UN broke out and the
Sheikh Said Rebellion broke out, Turkey had to deal with this issue, and the issue
was resolved in favor of Britain in 1926. The aim of the work is to reveal how
Turkey, following the War of Independence, pursues a foreign policy on the world
scale after the war and how the British and Turkish-British relations are working on
this foreign policy. In the study, document analysis was used from qualitative
research methods. Document analysis includes "analysis of written materials
containing information about facts and phenomena targeted for research" (Yıldırım
ve Şimşek, 2008: 187).
In this study, the main elements of the Turkish Foreign Policy in the Atatürk
period, the straits and Mosul affairs in Turkish-English relations, how these affects
the relations between the two countries and how these issues are solved, how the
Turkish-British relations followed the course Information has been included.
