Acoustic noise pollution of the environment and its negative impact on the body 
 
Abstract 
Acoustic-noise pollution from natural and anthropogenic sources is explained as one of the 
global problems of modern times against the background of climate change and warming, ozone 
depletion, pollution of the hydrosphere, atmosphere, soil cover, industrial and radioactive waste.

Sources of acoustic pollution and noise are the most disturbing socio-ecological, sanitary and 
hygienic issues. Physical and physiological parameters of sound do not depend on the power of the 
device, distance and other external factors. During the design and environmental examination of the 
equipment, the efficiency of the acoustic parameters should be determined and the correct choice 
should be made, the technical documentation of the equipment should describe the sound and sound 
level.
Measures to reduce acoustic noise pollution in the environment: replacement of polyphonic 
source technology with low-noise. Changing the direction of sound source radiation. Prefer the use 
of sound insulation materials, mapping sources and levels of noise is considered useful in practice.
