Ushbu maqolada o’quvchilarining o’qish bo’yicha savodxonligini baholash
mezonlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, dunyoda ta'lim sifati,
saviyasi va darajasini
aniqlab beruvchi PIRLS (Matnni o‘qish va tushunish darajasini aniqlovchi xalqaro
tadqiqot) xalqaro dasturlar mavjud bo‘lib, ular rivojlangan davlatlardagi ta'lim
sifatini yanada oshirishdagi mezon sifatida keng qo‘llanilib kelinayotganligi xaqida
so’z yuritilgan.

Ma'lumki, o‘zgarishlar davrida ta'lim tizimi ijtimoiy jarayonlardan kelib
chiqqan holda shiddat bilan rivojlanishni taqozo etadi. Ta'lim orqali jamiyatda
kelajakdagi vazifalarni bajarishga qodir bo‘lgan yangi avlod shakllantiriladi.

tomonlama puxta bilim olishi uchun zarur sharoit va imkoniyatlar yaratishga
