TECHNOLOGY OF IDENTIFYING TALENTED YOUNG PEOPLE

Abstract:
In this article, the research work of world pedagogic scientists on the
issues of identifying talented young people is analytically studied.
Opinions were
expressed that the technology of identifying talented young people is one of the
important problematic topics in the educational process today.
It is shown that it is
possible to rely on historical sources in identifying talented young people and
educating them in the direction of their talents.

Introduction.
It is no secret to anyone that from the beginning of mankind to
the
present day, all creations, from the conditions that help to make human life easier,
are the product of human thinking. A person's ability to think, compare, observe, and
analyze plays an important role in creating any discovery.
Achievements achieved on
the basis of human thinking and talent not only lead the life of that person to good,
but also ease the lives of people around them. Therefore,
the development of any
society is directly dependent on human thinking.
Therefore, the development of
society should pay attention to the thinking, worldview, and talent of young people in
order to reach high levels in science and technology through worldly knowledge and
create various scientific and technical discoveries. Since the future of the country is
in
the hands of the youth, we must educate talented young people with high
intellectual thinking to strengthen the foundations of our future.
First of all, let's find
out the
meaning of the words talent, talent, genius and the difference between them.
