Conclusion.
In conclusion, we are a great nation, because we are the ancestors 
of hundreds of geniuses such as Abu Ali Ibn Sina, Mirza Ulughbek, Muhammad 
Khorezmi. Geniuses and great people have lived and created in our history, but 
during the economic, spiritual and educational atrocities of the Khanate era and the 
standard, standardized system of education in the Soviet era, the great geniuses and 
scholars of our nation did not emerge. World-known personnel who contribute to the

The reason for this is that the conditions for the education of our talented youth 
have not been created and attention has not been paid. If we pay attention to the 
history of our generations, our greats studied in academies established in cities such

high education were sent to these academies, whose local teachers could not teach 
them. As a result, talented young people naturally gathered in academies. As a result 
of their mutual discussions and scientific debates, very strong religious scholars, 
representatives of the science of catastrophes, concrete sciences have grown up and 
various ideas of the development of the world in various fields of science have been 
born. "Qutadgu Bilig", "Al Jabr", "Zizhi Korogoniy", "Madadi Sino" are the result 
and derivative of gathering talented and talented young people together. 
There are talented, sometimes innately gifted children in every society. They 
are fundamentally different from others with their thirst for knowledge. In many 
cases, I see "great" figures in their faces. However, they are not educated. True, 
working with capable and talented students in the higher education system, 
organizing and coordinating student scientific circles, publishing and applying the 
results of student scientific work, helping students to participate in scientific 
conferences, The activities such as timely delivery of information about scientific 
conferences and events and state grants, support of young people's initiatives in 
various fields, expansion of relations with other higher education institutions are 
carried out. I think that these things are not enough for training talents and do not 
fulfill the function of the main criteria for training the "greats" and future "geniuses" 
of our people. In many cases, these works are carried out only because they have to 
be done in Higher Education Institutions by order of the Ministry. That is why it is 
necessary to focus on the identification of talented young people on the scale of the 
republic and the creation of special conditions for them. When talented young people 
are part of a team worthy of them, various scientific and technical discoveries are 
made based on mutual debates and discussions. All of these make a great contribution 
to the development of our country, and it is not surprising that Abu Ali Ibn Sina, 
Mirza Ulugbek, Muhammad Khorezmi were born today.
