Analysis and results. 
Family environment is the main foundation of talent 
acquisition. The family environment has always created a thirst for intellectual food, 
as it encourages them to seriously concentrate on something that interests them. As a 
result, mental observation, which is considered difficult for others, has become 
normal and easy for them. The social environment, education and training can 
develop his abilities, talents and abilities only when each person takes an active 
action. If a person loves his profession and has strong affection for it, his abilities will 
grow quickly. A person's ability is closely related to his interests, and the ability 
grows under the influence of interests, and it has a positive effect on the content of 
other individual qualities. I would like to draw your attention to the information on 
how to identify such talented young people. Scientists have determined that they are

different from their peers in every way, I will give you some of their qualities as an 
example. 
Gifted and talented children differ from their peers in the process of learning in 
the following signs: 
-
Talented young people have a broad perception, they are very sensitive and 
curious about the events around them. In analyzing the events taking place, 
he understands the essence and cause and effect in a wide way
-
Gifted young people have strong memory and early development of speech; 
-
Talented young people will have a huge vocabulary and they will have a 
strong interest in learning languages; 
-
They like to work on the most complex problems with their own abilities, 
they do not like to receive ready answers
-
Some gifted children are mathematically gifted and love to count. They also 
have deep logic. 
Talented children are distinguished by these qualities when we compare them 
with their peers. Choosing them based on the document has its own test stages, and I 
will mention these types of tests below: 
Method 1: Giving tasks. In this test method, a gifted young person is given a 
task that is difficult for him to perform from the point of view of his age. 
Method 2: Psychological test. In this type of test, character traits present at a 
psychologically gifted age are tested. 
Method 3: Conducting interviews. In this method, the interview is conducted 
by pedagogues and psychologists and talented young people are identified. 
After identifying talented young people, what criteria should we pay attention 
to in working and dealing with them? These criteria were developed by pedagogues 
and psychologists Karne, Shvedal and Linnemay in 1982: 
- Depending on the talent and interest of each child, a special plan and perfect 
program should be developed. 
- The attention of the child's relatives, family, and school is very important. 
- Even if gifted children are studying with ordinary children, it is necessary to 
create an opportunity to communicate with other gifted children 
- In working with talented children, it is appropriate to attract talented 
educators and teachers.
