So‘lak va oshqozon shirasining oziq moddalarga ta’sirini o‘rganish.
Kerakli jihozlar va asboblar: shtativ, 4 ta probirka, pipetka; termometr, suyultirilgan kraxmal kleysteri, 10 ml suyultirilgan so‘lak, xlorid kislotaning 0,1% li eritmasi, yodning kuchsiz suvli eritmasi, suv hammomi, muz solingan idish.
Ishni bajarish tartibi:
probirkalarga 3 ml dan suyuq kraxmal kleysteri solinadi:
- 1-probirka 37 °C li suv hammomiga joylashtiriladi; qolgan 3 ta probirkaga 3 ml
dan suyultirilgan so'lak solinadi;
- 2-probirka muz solingan idishga joylashtiriladi;
- 3-probirkaga 2-3 tomchidan xlorid kislota eritmasi tomizilib, suv hammomiga
qo'yiladi;
- 4-probirka suv hammomiga solinadi. 30 minut o‘tgach, probirkalar olinib,
ularning har qaysisiga 2-3 tomchidan yod eritmasi tomiziladi;
1-, 2-, 3-probirkalardagi aralashma ko‘k rangga bo‘yalishi qayd etiladi;
- 1-, 2-, 3-probirkalardagi kraxmal yod ta’sirida ko‘k rangga bo'yalganligi tushuntiriladi;
- 1-probirkaga so‘lak solinmaganligi sababli kraxmal parchalanmaganligi izohlab
beriladi;
- 2-probirka muzli idishda turganligi uchun so‘lak sovuq haroratda kraxmalni
parchalamagani tushuntiriladi;
- 3-probirkaga xlorid kislota qo‘shilganligi natijasida kislotali muhitda so‘lak
kraxmalga ta’sir etmasligi sharhlab beriladi;
- 4-probirkada iliq haroratda so‘lak kraxmalni parchalashi tushuntiriladi.
