Sangachal terminal (site 159).” (ESIA section 8.13.4.1) What can you say about it? 

 

3  .According  to  ESIA  (section10.3.11)”significance  of  archaeology  discoveries  and 

relevant  activities  will  be defined by  Ministry  of  Culture of Azerbaijan  Republic and 

IoAE. Do you have appropriate document? 

 

4.”The  most  active  site  will  be  monitor”(ESIA  section  10.3.11).  Do  you  have    the 

monitoring report? Could you please provide us this document? 

 

5.Representatives of the IoAE have participated in all baseline surveys according to 

CHMP (section 1.4, page 6).What can you say about it? 

 

6. In ESIA and CHMP we have seen a list of 9 areas of trial trench investigation of 

potential sites. How can we receive  the report of researches? 

 

7.An  appropriate  mitigation  measure  will  be  prepared  during  the  trial  trenching 

operation (CHMP section 1.5,page 8)? What about report of this activity? 

 

8.For  each  of  the  areas  identified,  a  method  statement  will  be  prepared  (    CHMP

9.According  to  final  report  of  BTC  monitoring  by  the  working  group  of  National 

NGOs’  “the  working  group  is  surprised  by  absence  of  significant archaeology  finds 

between Sangachal and Yevlakh districts(section 1, page 7).The Audit Team would

10.According to the relevant legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic for the protection

 1.  Reconstruction  of cultural  and  historical monuments  have  to  done  with  relevant 

licence of Ministry of Culture(ESIA section 8.13.3).Have you ever given such licence 

and how can we get access to them?
