Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 144 SICIENTIFIC AXIS JOURNAL ISSN: 1309-5811 Publication Principles 1) Scientific Axis published four times a year is an international peer rewieved journal. 2) Scientific Axis journal includes scientific articles about folklore, linguistics, music, literature, Turcology and mythology. In addition, interview (chatting, con- versations), critique, book-review and news are avaliable for publishing in this journal. 3) Previously unpublished articles should be submitted to the Scientific Axis journal: at the any printed, net and magnetic facilities. 4) The languages of the Scientific Axis journal are Turkey Turkish, the other dialects of Turkish (dialects of Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Crimean Ta- tars etc.), English and Russian. 5) Writtings and articles which will be published (with 4 th article will be menti- oned in the specified languages and dialects) is to be written in Latin, Cyrillic and Arabic alphabet. The article (writting) should be include abstract, and Keywords Turkish and English and also general bibliography in Latin letters. 6) The article in Turkey Turkish should be include Turkish and English abst- ract and Keywords. 7) The article in other dialects of Turkic language should be include abstract and Keywords in Turkish, English and language of main text abstract and Keywords. 8) The article in English should be include English and Turkish abstract and Keywords. 9) The article in Russian should be include Russian, English and Turkish abst- ract and Keywords. 10) Abstract should include at least 100 upmost 250 words and in form of one paragraph in any language. Abstracts as only one sentence not be accepted. Abst- ract, the top ofless than 100 words or 250 words will not be accepted. 11) Abstract, no matter in which language and dialect; is a brief description of knowledge in the article. Abstracts schould also include a brief abstract of each main part in the article (introduction, findings and methods, results, discussion and proposals). Therefore abstracts schould be comprehensible enaugh for the readers to have an idea about the article with precision in a short time and to determine the relationship between their own interests. So that, the abstract schould enable the readers to decide about the necessity to read the entire text. In the research process; method, scope, time, place and the specified properties are also indicated. Included and excluded variables are explained. The most significant results are presented.Results can be demonstrated numerically. Non-specific statements such as “So, little, big, little” etc. are not used. The impor- tance of the results and their contribution to the research area are indicated. There are also indications about whether these results can be generalizable or potentially generalizable or whether to be put forward due to a particular situation. Information is usually given in one sentence. Some of the findings and conclusions may consist of a few sentences. Sentences are arranged so as to ensure integrity using appropri- ate connectors. Sentences should be clear and understandable. Past tense is used in sentences. In abstract; tables, figures, cited and references are not used. 13) Keywords also make contributions to the referees and editors in publication process as well as to the publications scanned in electronic media and indexing process. Keywords schould be chosen from associated terms index (burial = thesa- urus), index and so on but not chosen randomly. For accessing to information they schould also be selected having significantly stenosis or sizes. The choice of the term and concept of access as possible should be done in a way that makes sense. The number of Keywords that will allow the article to include access to a number of areas (up to 5) should be. Especially in the field of literature, the names of aut- hors and works analyzed in the article should be noted as an item for the access to the work. 14) The titles of articles (writtings) should not exceed 12 words. The title sho- uld be descriptive for the article and schould reflect the article's basic concepts, discussions and arguments (thesis, the claim). 15) Regardless in which language and dialect the article is written; there must be Turkish, English and Russian title located. 16) Title of article must be in order as follow: a) Writtings the title - Turkish title - English title - Russian title Note: The text should be written in which language and dialect is written befo- re that title. b) Abstracts -Turkish abstracts and Keywords -English abstracts (summary) and Keywords Note: The text must be written in languages and dialects, which was written in the abstract and Keywords in that language before. c) Article Text Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 146 d) Bibliography e) Appendices (if applicable) f) Large abstract (summary) (if required) 17) Articles will be sent to the MS World program. Text, in Turkish or English schould be in Times New Roman; In the Azerbaijani dialect, in Times Roman Az- lat (or similar); in Russian in Times Cyr (or similar). Besides the type sent, type of fonts should also be included. In the article if there are pictures, musical notes etc. they schould be submitted with high resolution in accordance with printing. 18) Writtings (articles), titles, abstracts, text, footnotes, bibliography etc. inc- luding not less than a minimum of 2000 words. So, according to the standards of Scientific Axis journal, writtings (articles) should not be less than 5 pages. 19) Citations and references in the article text; author’s name, year of publica- tion, page number format will be indicated in parentheses. For example; (Boratav 1987: 9) 20) Footnotes will be used for illustration only and will be written with the sa- me font and smaller font size. 21) Location of quotations is specified in the text under the title of “Bibliog- raphy”. Those are listed in alphabetical order in that the surname of the auther mainly located. “Bibliography” will be given at the end of the text (article), before appendices. a) For the books; In the bibliography: [KÖPRÜLÜ, M. So the articles attached with this form will be sent to the journal through e-mail (bilimseleksendergisi@gmail. com) to the absolute way. 23) However articles submitted to the Journal of Representatives, will also be sent to the current e-mail channel.( bilimseleksendergisi@gmail. com.) 24) Articles submitted for publication to the Journal will be delivered by at le- ast two referee experts related to the subject penned in the texts thus according to the reports of these experts articles will be published or not. In case of corrections articles will be returned to the owners in order to make those corrections. The name of experts and the name of authors will not be divulged each other and will be kept confidential. Double-sided blanking principle (double-blind referee) will be kept. The Editorial Board will decide whether these articles will be published or what changes schould be made. 25) Writtings (articles) sent to our journal, will not be paid any royalties when published. Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 148 ЖУРНАЛ “НАУЧНЫЙ МЕРИДИАН Научный Меридиан” ISSN: 1308-5811 Требования по изданию 1) Журнал “Научный Меридиан” являеться реферированным журнаном и выходит в год четыре раза. В журнале “Научный Меридиан”, наряду со статьями из области [Социальные науки, Археология, Социология, Философия, История, Антропология, Этнология, Этнография, Ономастика, Искусствоведение, Юриспуденция] будут издаватся статьи из сферы (разговорной речи, репортажей), критики, презентации и информирования. 2) Статьи, которые будут печататься в журнале “Научный Меридиан”, не должны быть изданы в других органах печати и социальной сети (интернет). 3) Статьи, в журнале “Научный Меридиан”, будут печататься на современном турецком языке, английском, русском языках и на разных диалектах турецкого языка (Азербайджанский, Казахский, Узбекский, Киргизский, Крымский и т.п). 4) Во всех статьях, издаваемых в журнале “Научный Меридиан” в указанном в 4-ой статье языках, можно исползовать латинский, арабский шрифт писменности и кирилицу. Однако, аннотации (abstract) и ключевые слова (Keywords) должны быть латинскими буквами. 5) Статьи, издаваемые на современном турецком языке, с аннотацией и ключевыми словами, объязательно должны иметь аннотацию и ключевые слова на английском языке. 6) Кроме статей на современном турецком языке, все статьи издаваемые на диалектах турецкого языка, должны иметь аннотацию и ключевые слова на современном турецком , английском языках и на указанных диалектах. 7) Статьи, издаваемые на английском языке, совместно с аннотациями и ключевыми словами на английском языке, должны иметь аннотаций и ключевые слова и на турецком языке. 8) Статьи, издаваемые на русском языке, совместно с аннотациями и ключевыми словами на русском языке, должны иметь аннотаций и ключевые слова на турецком и английском языках. 9) Все аннотации, на всех языках и диалектах, должны состояться из 100-250 слов без абзаца. Категорически не будут приниматся аннотации с одним предложением и менее 100 или более 250 слов. Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 149 10) Все аннотации, на всех языках и диалектах, должны содержать краткий смысл самой статьи. В нём должны быть выделены основные черты введения, новинки, методов исследования, диспута, предложений и результатов. Аннотация должна заинтересовать читателя. По нему читатель должен определить, стоит ли ему дочитывать до конца всю статью и связана ли она с его специалностью. 11) В аннотациях правильно должна быть поставлена проблема и указана путь его решения, чётко должны быть определены методы, сфера, время, место и данные исследования, уточнены разницы между выдвинутой проблемой и похожими ему, указаны самые значительные итоги, открытия должны быть определены в цифрах, неопределённые выражения, подобные как “много, мало, большой, немножко” не должны приниматся, отчётливо должны определены значительные итоги и их вклад в науке. Информация должна быть уложена в одном предложении, а новинка и итог можно сформулировать в нескольких предложениях. Предложения должны быть чёткими и ясными. В них должна приниматся форма прошедшего времени. В аннотациях не приниминяются картины, рисунки, ссылки и рекомендации. 12) Ключевые слова помогают членам редколегии и научному совету в процессе издании, в поисках по интернету и индексации. Ключевые слова должны определены строго из числа применяемых терминов (thesaurus), (index) и т. п. Принципом их отбора должна быть упрочение доступности главного смысла статьи. Количество ключевых слов должно быть не более пяти. В статьях из сферы литературы следует соблюдать доступность к заглавию и автору произведения. 13) Заглавие статьи не должна превышать 12 слов. Оно должно включать в себя основные понятия, идеи и обсуждение статьи. 14) Все статьи, без исключения, должны иметь заглавия на турецком, анлийском и русском языках. 15) Правила писания статьи a) Заглавие статьи -Заглавие на турецком языке -Заглавие на английском языке -Заглавие на русском языке Примечание: сначала пишеться заглавие на том языке, на котором написана статья b) Аннотации –Аннотация на турецком языке и ключевые слова -Аннотация на английском языке и ключевые слова Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 150 Примечание: сначала пишеться аннотация и ключевые слова на том языке, на котором написана статья c) Текст статьи d) Источники e) Приложения (если имеются) f) Обширная аннотация (по требованию) 16) Статья должна высылатся по программе (Microsoft World). Статьи на турецком и английском – по программе Times New Roman, на азербайджанском диалекте - Times Roman Azlat ( или т.п.), на русском - Times Cyr (или т.п.). Вместе со статьёй должны высылатся фонты. Рисунки, ноты и т.п. из статьи должны высылатся соответственно с высокой растворимостью. 18)Статья, включая заглавие, аннотация, текст, сноски, источники и т.п. должна состоятся не менее из 2000 слов, т.е. по стандартам журнала “Научный Меридиан” не менее 5 страниц. 17) Заимствования в тексте пишутся в скобках следующим образом (фамилия автора, год издания, номер страницы. К примеру (Boratav 1987:9) 18) Сноски должны приниматься только для разьяснений. Они пишуться малым шрифтом, а основной текст крупным шрифтом. 19) Место заимствований и препровождений в тексте; В “источниках” сначала указывается фамилия автора и список определяется по алфавиту. “Источники” пишуться в конце стятьи, перед примечаниями. a) для монографий [KÖPRÜLÜ, M. На электронной странице www.bilimseleksen.com клыкая над “makale gönder” надписью и заполняя форму “Makale Gönder Formu”. Готовая стятья, вместе с заполненной формой исключительно должна отправляется по адресу (bilimse- leksendergisi@gmail.com) 21) Представительям журнала статьи должны отправлятся тоже исключительно по адресу (bilimseleksendergisi@gmail.com) 22) Каждая статья, принятая для публикации, будут отправлятся двум специалистам, членам совета редколегий для рассмотрения и она будет Bilimsel Eksen-Sicientific Axis-Научный Меридиан/Yıl-Year-Год 2017/Sayı-Number-Число 20 151 печататся на основе заключения указанных специалистов. В случае отрицательного заключения статья не будет опубликована. Для исправления ошибок статьи будут отсылаться к авторам. Члены совета редколегий не будут осведомлены по именам и фамилиям авторов статей, информация будет конфидециальным. Принцип двусторонней конфидециальности (double blind referee) будет сохранён. Заключения специалистов будут переданы членам редколегий.
