HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE(780 PESOS). The BORROWER may fully pre-pay the LOAN, in
whole or in part, before the DUE DATE. Early repayments are subject to the same amount of
interest.
8. REPAYMENT
The BORROWER shall repay the Loan, including all applicable fees, charges, and/or interests, in
full, on or before Due Date, without need of any further notice or demand from the LENDER. All
payments to be made by the BORROWER under this Agreement shall be paid to the LENDER
not later than 10:00 pm. Any payment made by the BORROWER after such time shall be
considered as payment made for the next calendar day, and shall be subject to applicable fees
and charges.
9.INSTALLMENT PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The BORROWER shall repay the loan in two (2) installments:

Installment: FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 5900) , including the principal
of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 5900) and the interest of SEVEN
HUNDRED AND EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 780) , due and demandable on 25/Mar/2023 .

Including the principal of ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 100) , due and demandable on
18/Jul/2023 .
10. LATE PAYMENT FEE AND PENALTY
If the BORROWER fails to pay in full the Loan, and other applicable fees, charges, and/or
interests, to the LENDER on Due Date, or at an earlier date by acceleration or otherwise, the
BORROWER agrees and understands that he/she shall be liable unconditionally to pay, without
prior written notice from the LENDER, a one-time Late Payment Fee of THREE HUNDRED
PESOS (PHP 300), and a Late Payment Penalty of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY PESOS
(PHP 120) PER DAY until 1

 installment is paid off, payable together with and in addition to
the principal amount of the Loan and other applicable fees, charges, and/or interests due. If part
of the loan is repaid, penalty will be charged on the basis of the outstanding loan amount
thereafter.
