TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. LENDER
ROYAL YOHOO LENDING INVESTORS CORP. (the “HappyPera”) is a corporation duly
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines,
with principal office
address at t Antel Global Corp Center, 3 Julia Vargas Ave, Ortigas Center,
Pasig City,
represented herein by its CEO,
DAVID DAI (the “
LENDER”).
2. LOAN AMOUNT
The LENDER hereby extends to the BORROWER a cash loan of
SIX THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 6000) (the “Loan”)
3. LOAN TERM
The BORROWER hereby agrees to pay the LENDER the LOAN plus the Interest, within a term
of
ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE (125) calendar days counted
from the date of release of
LOAN, or any portion thereof.
4. DUE DATE
The LOAN may be due and demandable on
25/Mar/2023 (the “DUE DATE”).
5. LOAN RELEASE
The Loan shall be released to the BORROWER through
GCash transfer to the BORROWER's
GCash Account 09153377903. No release under the Loan
shall be made unless the
BORROWER complies with all the conditions required by the LENDER and the provisions of this
Agreement. The BORROWER’s receipt of the Loan, or any portion thereof, shall signify his/her
agreement to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
