He marks his door with pieces of paper to know if anybody tried to open it, he takes a lot of extra security measures in his daily living. The authorities are treating it like his fear is his imagination of illness but when I look at the generational lineage he comes from, I argue that he actually does have people trying to harm him & it is his true circumstance to have to take extra precautions as he does not have police protection. Many of the officers around him would work together with persons posing as general citizens to cause harm in criminal organization when considering the lineage that are supposed to be his family supports. This man needs his community to investigate who is in contact with him directly & indirectly & expose it to save his life as well as other victims that would be after him. I argue that he is surrounded by members of intent of criminal organization at most contact points of his life & is or has been poisoned by administering noxious thing to cause disorder, through the court system to bring about silence, harm & loss of credibility of a person who is a witness by being who they are.

Of course I did not show up for the dinner since the police of 51 Div. are obviously in agreement with causing my death. There would be no back up of authorities to save my life.
