plays an important role in the effectiveness of integration. 
Ministries, sectors and localities need to implement 
measures to accompany and support businesses in the 
process of integration and implementation of commitments 
on international economic integration. enterprises on policy 
issues, obstacles in international economic integration and in 
the process of negotiating and implementing Free Trade 
Agreements 
(FTAs);
