In 1926 in Azerbaijan there were 896 cars. – 275 small 

vehicle, 518 freight vehicle and 103 pieces specialized cars. In 

a short time was our success.  

In  1946  March  was  laid  Ministry  of  Transportation. 

Afterwards  created  “Transportation”  national  consensus  as 

result of in our country pushed car development. 

Of  course  in  next  years  development  Azerbaijan, 

expansion of our economy, as result created such a question   - 

why  must  not  our  national  car?  Our  state  development 

economy  as  result  created  our  national  car  factories:  1.Ganja 

Car factory 2. AZsamand.  3.Naxchıvan Car factory. 

I  would  like  to  informate  about  Naxchıvan  and  Ganja 

Car factory. When I explored about this subject on internet. As 

a result I made sure in our country the first car factory is Ganja 

Car factory.  

Ganja car factory created in 1986. Afterwards destroyed 

Soviet Union of course affected this factory development. But 

in 2004 Ganja Car factory began to work again. 

In  factory  produced  around  600  tractors  and  cars.  In 

2009  produced  1000  tractors.  Now  Ganja  car  factory 

development and increases production year after year. 

In  Azerbaijan  there  are  car  factories  that  produce  only 

vehicles.  It  is  Naxchivan  Car  factory  where  produce  only 

Azerbaijan brand cars. 

This  factory  created  in  2006.    In  2009  were  forum  between 

Chine and Azerbaijan and  at the end of forum signed contract 

between  Naxchıvan  Car  factory  and  “CHONGQING  LIFAN 

INDUSTRY Group” of Chine company. 

According  to  the  contract  in  Naxchıvan  be  organized 

production  brand  “LIFAN”  cars.      In  2011  according  to 

information  bureau  of  Chine  development  and  reform  Lifan  

with  81    points    raised    in  the  201st  place,  according  to 

production  cars  in    the  8th  place  and    motorcar  in  the    2nd

place. 

Which  brand  of  car  do  Lifan  produce?  I  explored  about  it  on 

internet. In Naxchivan Car factory produces 4 types brand car : 

Premium, Sedan, SUV and Mini. Production stage consist of 4 

parts. The first  stamping of car, after welding, painting and in 

the  end  accumulation.        I  am  very  glad  that  we  have  our 

national  cars.  I think   we  don’t imagine our life without car.. 

Machines support us everywhere and in everything .  

I  would  like    our  car  factories  will  be  famous  in  all  world.  I 

hope that our car brands represent some competition. We have 

professional masters of this area.  

 I think that we must use  their experience. I believe that when 

our national car brands as Lifan, Azsamand will represent in F1 

and other competition.

         For  a  long  time,  smart  phones  are  not  only  a  means  of 

communication, but also allow us to quickly and easily obtain 

the  necessary  information.    People  are  used  to  contact  the 

Internet for various tips, answers to questions of interest.  With 

a  smartphone,  you  can  do  it  anytime,  anywhere.    Fresh  news, 

mail,  social  networks,  weather  and  currency  exchange  rates  - 

and much more necessary and not so much information can be 

obtained  if  you  are  the  owner  of  a  smart  phone.    If  all  people 

used mobile technologies  "wisely",  then our  generation would 

become the most inquisitive, well-read and fast-developing.        

         However, instead of receiving useful information, reading 

books  on  the  net,  learning  languages  on  the  Internet,  people

like  zombies  spend  time  in  social  networks,  read  monotonous 

quotes,  play  online  games.  the  question  is  that  people  are 

gradually  unlearning  to  read.    No  wonder  many  say  that  the 

phones have become smarter than the owners themselves.  And 

this  is  not  only  praise  for  developers,  but  also  a  reproach  for 

users  who  are  moving  towards  degradation.  Surely,  many 

people  had  such  that  we  unconsciously  take  the  phone,  watch 

the  time,  put  it  in  our  pocket,  and  in  a  moment  we  do  not 

remember  what  we  saw  on  the  screen.  Now  everyone  has  a 

rumor  about  Internet  addiction,  which  is  more  relevant  to 

children and adolescents.  But adults are not less dependent on 

smartphones and tablets.  News, post, weather. So people relax 

with  smartphones  in  their  hands,  reading  news  in  contact, 

browsing pictures and photos, and playing games.   

However, this rest not only does not benefit the person, 

but  also  negatively  affects  the  physical  condition:  vision 

deteriorates,  motor  activity  is  limited.    Also,  there  is  a 

detrimental  effect  on  brain  activity,  roughly  speaking,  a  man 

slowly  but  surely  dulls.  Seeing  the  tablet  Wi-fi,  a  person 

realizes  that  it  is  a  sin  not  to  use  free  Internet,  even  if  at  the 

moment  there  is  no  need  for  it.    Thus,  smartphone  users 

become  like  zombies,  whose  actions  are  often  committed 

automatically  and  unconsciously.  This  means  that  society  has 

become increasingly dependent on mobile devices and can not 

imagine life without them at all. It turns out that the machines 

are  being  improved,  and  humanity  is  degrading.    Perhaps  the 

next  generation  will  witness  the  era  of  robots.  The  danger  of 

the  future  is  that  people  will  become  robots.  "The  things  that 

used to be fantasy stories are now quickly becoming reality.
