Article X — All His Majesty the Emperor of Russia and His Majesty the Shah of Iran, considering the restoration and extension of commercial relations between the two States as one of the chief beneficial effects of the establishment of peace, have decreed, by full mutual consent, that the provisions relating to the possession of commerce and the mutual security of the subjects shall that all orders may be happily carried out, and that they explain it by a separate Act annexed thereto, which shall be considered an equally strong part of this treaty of peace, to be mutually concluded by the plenipotentiaries. His Highness the Shah of Iran, as before, grants to Russia the right to appoint consuls and commercial agents wherever required for the benefit of commerce, and undertakes to possess consuls and agents, each of whom shall not exceed ten persons, who shall exercise the dignity and honor accorded to their rank. take advantage of it. All His Imperial Highnesses of Russia, on their part, promise to observe full reciprocity in relation to the consuls or commercial agents of His Majesty the Shah of Iran, and if the Iranian government has a valid complaint against the Russian agent or consul, the Russian minister (ambassador) or the chargé d'affaires at the palace of His Majesty the Shah, or their the immediate superior may, at his discretion, remove the offender from his position and temporarily assign him to another person.

Article XII — The superior parties who have come to reconciliation have mutually decided by their common consent for the benefit of the subjects; those of them who have immovable property on both sides of Araz should be given three years to sell and exchange it freely during that time, but all His Majesty the Emperor of Russia, as far as he is concerned, Husayn Khan, the former Sardar of Iravan, his brother Hasan Khan, and the former Nakhchivan the judge excludes Karim Khan from this complimentary order.
