Fuel-energy complex produces more than 30% of GDP. The share of tax revenues from fuel-energy complex accounts for more than half of total tax revenues (the budget-forming sector of the economy). However, due to the introduction of technological sanctions there is the threat of reduction of extraction and processing of hydrocarbons.
