In general, we can see that the 

trial 

is attended by the accused and his 

attorney,

 as 

well  as  the  public  defender 

prosecutor.

Looking  at  the  picture,  the 

plaintiff 

is 

claiming that he was shot by the 

defendant

.However, the 

defendant

 insists that this 

is  not  his  main 

intention

.A 

witness 

to  the  incident  said  the  shooting  was  against 

security 

and  asked  the 

prosecutor 

to  provide  legal  protection.As 

evidence, 

he 

points to an arrow that hit the 

bench

 in front of the accused. The 

attorney

 claims 

that this was not 

intentional

, but negligent.It should be noted that the 

defendant 

stands up and speaks, and the 

judges

Write a Letter of Advice on the following topic:

 An English-speaking friend, Mr. 

McCabe, wants to spend a two-week holiday in your region and has written asking 

for an advice. Write a letter to your friend.

Dear Mr. McCabe,

 

 

I am so excited to hear that you want to come to Tashkent for your holiday. Haven’t seen you for 

a  while.  Since  your  vacation  will  be  in  June,  I  would  recommend  you  to  find  an  apartment  in 

advance, because as a rule in the summer months we have a lot of tourists. If you wish I can ask 

my acquaintance, who is a real estate agent if he has some available apartment for this period. 

 

 

Otherwise, you can look for something at Chorbog. By the way, summer is a perfect time to visit 

Chorbog in Tashkent. There are a lot of outdoor activities organized such as street food festivals, 

open-air concerts. Moreover, the weather is pleasant or sightseeing, it is not boiling hot here in 

the summer, there is a cold weather in the evenings, so  you can even take some warmer clothes 

like jeans and a hoodie in case of rainy days. Let me know if you need any help!
