| Principles of Microeconomics Teaching Methodology
This course based on the economics concepts that are useful for lawyers. It consists of theoretical and practical materials. The course will be taught through lectures, class discussions and student presentations, self-study.
Workload
It is expected that students will attend and actively participate at scheduled classes (lectures) and spend extra hours beyond University classrooms mastering given and/or new academic materials.
Reading List
Mankiw, G. (2021 or/ 2013), Principles of Microeconomics, 9 or/ 7th edition, Cengage Learning.
Additional materials, articles and book chapters will be provided by instructor.
Assessment.
The grades for the course will consist of the following components:

D = 60 – 66 %, E = 0 – 59%

Midterm Exam – 30%
It will cover the topics that have discussed until that time. No use of books or notes will be permitted at any time during this exam. We’ll supply paper, on which you will write your exams. The exam will cover all course materials—required readings, lectures, and handouts that we have discussed and learned that far.
