Affirmative:
- Subject + am/is/are (present form of "to be") + present participle (verb + -ing)

Examples:

  • I am reading a book.

  • They are playing football.


Negative:
- Subject + am/is/are not + present participle (verb + -ing)

Examples:

  • She is not working today.

  • We are not watching TV now.


Interrogative:
- Am/Is/Are + subject + present participle (verb + -ing)

Examples:

  • Are you listening to music?

  • Is he coming to the party?

2. Present Tense of Have (Got):
The present tense of "have (got)" is used to express possession or ownership.

Affirmative:
- Subject + have (got) + object

Examples:

Negative:
