3.10 ASKERİ ATAŞE ATAMASI
Diplomatik İlişkiler Hakkında Viyana Sözleşmesinin 7.
maddesinde, “gönderen Devlet, misyon kadrosunun
üyelerini serbestçe tayin eder. Kara, deniz veya hava

ataşelerinin tayininde, kabul eden Devlet, bunların
adlarının, onayı alınmak üzere önceden bildirilmesini
isteyebilir” denilmektedir.
Askeri Ataşe atamaları, karşılıklılık ilkesi çerçevesinde
izin
alma
veya
bildirimde
bulunma
şeklinde
gerçekleşebileceği gibi, diplomatik yolla bildirim veya izin
gerekmeden, Askeri Ataşelikler arasında varılan mutabakat
çerçevesinde de yapılabilir.
Askeri Ataşe atamasında izin talep edilen Notada yer
alabilecek hususlar aşağıda sunulmuştur:
