Thanks to the above-mentioned thoughts and ideas, the importance of these social directions 
for the social environment is, in our opinion, more understandable to the reader. But it remains 
unclear what place they should have in the digital economy program of the republic. At an early 
stage, due to limited resources, it is likely that we will have to make a decision about where to 
focus efforts; that is, we have two paths: one is to engage in the social adaptation of 
technologies, and the second is to increase the local technological base.
