Content and structure
The text comprises twelve main chapters. The market research for this text revealed a diver-
gence of opinions, given the target market, on whether or not to include material on double-
entry bookkeeping techniques. So as to not interrupt the flow and approach of the main 
chapters, Appendix A on recording financial transactions (including activities and three exer-
cise questions) has been placed after Chapter 12.
