CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

SINGLE CABIN TRUCK SHINERAY T30 model vehicle, manufactured in 2023, body number LM6LKD2GPPX138125, engine number 23707251, white color, registration number 70E839ZA belonging to the "Lessor" (hereinafter referred to as "lease object")

2. CONTINUITY OF AGREEMENT

According to the contract, the parties agree to make a lease period of six months, that is, from 20.09.2023 (the eighteenth September, two thousand twenty-third year) to 20 .03.2024 (the eighteenth March two thousand twenty-third year). The contract is considered to have lost its validity after its expiration. The conclusion of a new contract is carried out based on the mutual consent of the parties.

3. CONTRACT AMOUNT

According to this contract, the "Lessee" pays the "lessor" the sum of 8 523 000 (eight million and five hundred twenty-three thousand sums) per month for the use of the "lease object".

4. CONTENTS OF THE AGREEMENT

According to this contract, the "Lessee" takes the "Lease object" which is the personal property of the "Lessor" on a lease basis.

5. PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE RENTAL OBJECT

According to the terms of this contract, the "Lessor" will hand over the "Lease object" to the "Lessee" within 3 (three) days from the date of signing the contract, The "Lessee" shall return the "Lease Object" to the "Lessor" within 3 (three) days after the expiration of the contract.
