6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 "Lessor" has the following obligations:
6.1.1 Not to sell the "lease object" until the end of the lease term;
6.1.2 Compliance with clause 6.4.2 of the Agreement
6.1.3 Undertakes all the expenses for the tires of the “lease object” when it is necessary. However, as the “lease object” is in of totally “Lessee”`s disposal within rental period, “Lessor” isn`t responsible for small expenditures to keep the tires in a good condition.

6.2 "Lessor" has the following rights:
6.2.1 Assigns only Rizokulov Rabbim Rajaboyevich working as a driver under the leadership of the "Lessee", born on February 12, 1983 (12.02.1983), registered at Shakhrisabz district, Khisorak village 180, passport series and number AB 7053436 the tasks of managing the "rental object", being aware of its technical condition

6.3 "Lessee" has the following obligations:
6.3.1 Undertakes all expenses for the "lease object" (fuel, lubricants, replacement of broken spare parts) until the contract expires;
6.3.2 To pay the amount specified in the contract to the "Lessee";
6.3.3 Reimbursement of income tax on the “Lease Object”;
6.3.4 Compliance with Clause 6.2.1 of the Agreement
6.3.5 If the payment mentioned in the agreement is carried out monthly 8 523 000 (eight million and five hundred and twenty- three thousand sums (including tax)), to pay the payment on the last ten days of each month
6.3.6 Not to premature termination of the Agreement
6.3.7 Return the “rental object” to the “Lessor" at the end of the lease period in full condition

6.4. "Lessee" has the following rights:

6.4.1 To pay the amount specified in the contract at once;
6.4.2 To pay the amount specified in the contract either in cash or by transferring the personal account of the "lessee" (issued by the Ipak Yuli Bank, number 9860 1701 1637 0058, validity period 09/28 (until September of the year two thousand and twenty-eigt)), or to pay by transferring money to the plastic card requested by the "lessee".
