EDU-FICTION 2030 PANEL
DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13
|
ROOM 524B
7:30 pm
ORGANIZER
TELUQ, THE DISTANCE LEARNING UNIVERSITY IN QUEBEC
What will the Web bring? With the assumption that the future is not something we step on but rather the result
of projected ideas sustained with effort and work, we have organized an expert panel envisioning higher edu-
cation scenarios in 2030. For this committed exercise we have invited four renowned academics with different
backgrounds
to explore socio-economic, technological, pedagogical, and sustainable dimensions of learning in
the future. Based on actual trends in open, digital, mobile, and networked learning we will engage in a productive
discussion where all participants will be invited to express and imagine together. Come to this panel,
listen to the
experts and exchange your ideas on hot questions like:
»
How will the evolution of the Web impact learning?
»
Which will be the role of Higher Education institutions?
»
How the educational offer will diversify to support the growing demand of learning anytime-anywhere?
»
How will pervasive learning environments look like?
