The basis of all of these texts is the notion that all of
history is preordained
by God
. In other words, God is not restricted to looking at matters as
"past", "present", or "future", rather, all of time is an open book to God.
Indeed, this is the essence of how prophets receive "prophesies", because
God "sees" the future. So, remembering that we are henceforth quoting

the coming of Jesus (pbuh)
