Article 2: Quality standard: in accordance with IEC standard


Article 3: Conditions for Party A to be responsible for quality: Reasonable use of the products in accordance with the normal use scope and quality guarantee period two years


Article 4: Packaging standards, supply and recovery of packaging: Export wooden case packing Article 5: Quantity and supply method of necessary articles, accessories and tools: None Article 6 reasonable loss standard and calculation method: None
Article 7: The title of the subject matter shall be transferred upon payment for the goods. Article 8 Place of Performance: Party A's place.
Article 9: Mode of transport and arrival station (port) and expenses: transport by car (stowage)
Article 10: Inspection standard, method, place and time limit: Any objection within ten days after the arrival of the goods must be raised in time. Article 11: Installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment: not responsible for installation and commissioning.
Article 12: Settlement Method: 50% advance payment effective，50% before loading at factory.
Article 13: The Contract price shall be the final delivery price and shall not be changed due to material price fluctuation and other factors.
Article 14: Termination conditions of this Contract: If both parties fail to fulfill the conditions agreed herein, the other party may terminate this contract. Article 15: Liability for breach of contract: After the contract becomes effective, if either party modifies or cancels the contract, it shall pay the other party a penalty equal to 30% of the total contract price. Party A shall be responsible for failure to pass the inspection.
Article 16: dispute resolution: Any dispute arising shall be settled by both parties through consultation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the local court having jurisdiction. All costs arising from the litigation, including but not limited to legal costs, preservation costs, preservation insurance, attorney's fees, travel expenses, etc., shall be borne by the breaching party.


Article 17.：The advance payment will take effect upon receipt, and the exterior drawing will be provided within 5 days.
Article 18：The payment for goods shall be settled by the demander directly with the supplier. The buyer shall not settle the payment for goods with the salesman without the written permission of the company, otherwise the losses caused to the supplier shall be borne by the demander.

Article 19 :Other Provisions:The unaltered part of fax (scanned copy) is valid, but the altered part is invalid.
