Some specialists are of the opinion that kids should start learning a foreign language at the elementary school than when they are in high school. In my opinion, the merits of this, is more significant than the demerits. This essay will highlight both the advantages and the disadvantages.

Some people think that it is the responsibility of governments to take care of the environment while others believe that it is the responsibility of the citizens. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is often said that the one responsible for the conservation of the environment is the government. However, this idea will not be effective without the help of the community, thus, I believe, in order to maintain the preservation of the environment, everyone should have a contribution to the mother nature.
