In order to promote cultural exchange and exchange in the field of science, education between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus, stimulate the development of education and the economy of the two countries and accelerate research exchange between the two universities, the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, hereinafter referred to as “AndMI” and/ or “Party A” represented by the rector Umid Mukhtaralievich Turdialiev, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and the Belarusian National Technical University of the Republic of Belarus, hereinafter referred to as “BNTU” and/or “Party B”, represented by the rector Sergei Vasilievich Kharitonchik, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the other hand, collectively referred to as the “Parties”, have entered into this Agreement as follows:
