Fraser, J. C. (2017, June). Sunbelt Cities Conference at Rice University’s Kinder Institute on building a 

consortium of scholars in the ‘sunbelt’ region of the United States to conduct research urban research 

on topics pertinent to metropolitan areas. This was a gathering of scholars from over fifteen universities 

to set a research agenda for cross-comparative studies.
