Salon KB is currently looking for our next associate stylist. This position is for new grads who are goal oriented, hardworking and looking to become successful salon professionals.
The associate program is designed to develop your skills on the floor in 3-6-months. During the program we will coach you into a successful career in which you can earn a beautiful living and financial freedom.
About Us:
Salon KB is Redken/Pureology Salon that works solely on the Summit Salon Level System. What that means for you… “Performance based pay.” Within our salon you are in control of your income. We have clear, concise goals and provide all of the tools, support and coaching necessary to become a fully booked and well paid salon professional.
How it works:
Associates (while in school) will begin working as our night Front Desk Coordinator to will ensure you understand all aspects of our salon culture and the how-to’s of our daily tasks.
Once you have a good understanding of the Front Desk Coordinator position you will begin the hands on portion of the associate program.
3-4 days a week you will work side by side with one of the talented Associate Trainers. You will master cutting and coloring techniques as well as perfecting your current skill set through hands on classes with Kacy, Redken Certified Designer and Colorist. When you are ready to be on the floor your program is completed. Then you begin as a level 1 stylist with monthly coaching and constant opportunities for continual education.
