1-Oktil-6,7-dimetoksi-1,2,3,4-tetragidroizoxinolin izopropil spirtida eritib
aralshtirgan holda digidrokvirsitenni izopropil spirtda eritib tomchilatib qushib
aralashtrildi natijada sirazi kristal hosil bo’ldi. Krisalni filtrlandi va etil spirti hamda
aralash xloroform/metanolda yuvildi. Kristal izopropil spirtida eritlib magnitniy
aralashtirgichda aralashtirgan holda formalin eritmasi tomchilatib qushildi. Reaksion
aralashma 2 soat aralashtirgichda aralashtrildi va 10 soat xona tempiraturasida
qoldirildi. So’ng kristall izopropil spirtida filtrlandi va xloroform/metanol
aralashmasida yuvildi. Reaksiya YuQX yordamida nazorat qilib borildi.
