I am writing a suggestion letter about utilizing alternative options for a day instead of Online Chatting as it is closed temporarily.
Firstly, we can use e-mail address in order to send important and urgent messages to club members. As they have already filled the membership form, we have written their e-mail address. Hence, all members will be aware of news that we would like to share.
Secondly, sending normal messages by SMS on mobile phones can be another possible option to cover the Online Chat. Club members use their phones in their daily basis and our vital messages reach them immediately.

I am writing a letter to suggest ideas about opting for a topic for online conference organized by foreign experts.
I am going to suggest a topic “How to create effective lessons for young learners” since most of EFL teachers suffer from teaching young learners sufficiently. As they are young enough to be guided, it is difficult for me to have fun and enjoy my classes. However, I relish my current job and offspring as well. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my own teaching efficiency in primary classes. Having online conference with native experts will let me overcome my difficulties dealing with issues related teaching very young learners who just have learned how to read and write in our mother tongue. Participating conference virtually provides me with the tips and methods to have fruitful lessons.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing a letter to suggest ideas about being a good teacher at school. There are a plethora of qualities for teachers so as to be best ones.
First and foremost, good teachers should have passion to work with students. They are obliged to love children. Otherwise, in spite of being super intelligent, teachers are highly unlikely to achieve success at work. Furthermore, they have to be creative and devote their life to improve students’ creative skills. As our younger generation has a lot of opportunities, they are far more creative comparing to the previous generation. Therefore, creative is part and parcel of being a good teacher.
Secondly, teachers should be good at computer skills in order to be updated with latest methods of teaching. By this way, they learn effective tips and methods to have fruitful lessons.
