• Precisioncare now has a feature which allows users to upload various documents/files for each individual. Among the suggested files to upload are:

• LOC

• ISP for outside MSC

• ISP Signature Pages with all signatures

• Guardianship Documents

• Burial Arrangements

• ETC

Beginning steps needed to Upload Files to Precisioncare

• Scan files to yourself (will go to your email)

• Open Files

• Name the File

• Save the File on your desktop

• OR

• Have a File already in Word, PDF, Excel

Go to Log On Page and Log onto the website

Go to the MRDD Main Page

Go into the Consumer Section then Go into Attach a File Section

Select the name of the Individual and hit the OK button

This screen shows the files that have already been uploaded and allows for new files to be uploaded

To access a File already Uploaded

• Click on the File Name

• A second internet Window will open and give you the option to Open or Save the File-select OPEN

To Upload a File -using drop down box select the type of item

-Write a brief Description of the File And then Click on the “BROWSE” button

The “BROWSE” button feature is similar to attaching a file to an email. The choose file box opens up-if you scanned and saved a document on your desktop-select Desktop-and find your file Click on that File and then Click on the OPEN button

If the File you wish to Upload is somewhere else on your computer-when the choose file box opens make the selection from wherever you have the file saved and then select the File and Click on the OPEN button

To complete the Upload Click on the UPLOAD button
