Soot enters a world of leftover particles, the powdery soot making random patterns.
Civilization and cultural human behavior relinquish remnants that cannot be controlled
or discarded, threatening the existence of living beings. The material is an ever changing
process, a material disintegrating, dissolving and transforming.

Syntjuntan
A tangled music with lace and long stitches, embroidered with electronic sounds, square
waves and curled noise. This is Syntjuntan! An ensemble of female musicians, composers
and instrument makers that was formed in 2009 by Ann Rosén, Lise-Lotte Norelius and
Ida Lundén. They appear in different configurations, sometimes in extended format with
invited artists, composers, musicians and others.
Besides giving concerts they also offer “syntjuntor” which is a combination of workshop
and concert. By simple means, such as a needle and thread, the workshop will teach you
the basics of the art of sewing synthesizers!
Two CD’s have been released during 2012 Early Years (Elektron Records) and Syntjuntan
(Schhh… records), both received with great reviews in Swedish press.

Aston´s Stones, from a book by Lotta Geffenblad. The story about the little dog who wants to
take care of stones he finds. Some are big and some are small. One is sad and another one
feels cold. Every stone that gets to follow Aston home is greeted with a warm and cozy bed.
This story is about the ability to see and to appreciate the value in small thing. It’s about
love and empathy, there are no obstacles. For children, 3–6 years.
In 2012 the artistic director Peter Engkvist and the actors in Aston’s stones led a workshop
for actors and directors in Tibet. Pero Theatre also participated with Aston’s stones at The
Imaginate Festival in Edinburgh.
