FIRST INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FORUM

"MODERN PROBLEMS OF LAW AND ECONOMICS IN EUROPE AND ASIA" WILL GATHER IN CANNES ON THE COTE D'AZUR OF THE FRENCH RIVIERA PARTICIPANTS FROM MORE THAN 10 COUNTRIES.



First international legal forum " Modern problems of law and Economics in Europe and Asia 16-20 September 2018, Cannes France, Grand Hotel, La Croisette

The legal forum "Modern problems of law and economy of Europe and Asia" will be organized for the first time in 2018. The forum will be the main legal forum bringing together experts in the field of law and Economics.

Following the forum, the main directions of the panel discussions will be prepared methodological and practical recommendations, proposals for improving global legislation.

This year the forum is organized by :

  • Swiss Centre For International Humanitarian Law (Zurich, Switzerland)

  • University of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (Miami, USA)

  • The General partner of the forum were: law firm "Duflot & Partners" (Lyon, France)

The forum's events will be held with the information support:

  • International scientific and practical journal " Law and digital economy»,

  • Association of Russian diplomats,

  • Moscow branch of Association of lawyers of Russia

  • Russian-Asian legal Association

Moderators:

Maria A. Egorova, Dr. iur., professor, professor of the Department of Competition Law, the University of Kutafin (MSAL), member of the International committee of the Digital economy, a member of the committee on security of business activities of the chamber of Commerce and industry of Russia, Member of the international Committee of the digital economy, professor emeritus at the University of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (Miami, USA), professor emeritus of the University Logos (Miami, USA)

Stephan U. Breu, Honorary professor, doctor in business administration (DBA), secretary-general of the Swiss Centre for international humanitarian law (Zurich, Switzerland).

The forum will be attended by leading experts from France, Germany, Russia, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia and India

The forum program includes: the opening and closing ceremony, plenary session, 2 panel discussions in the form of round tables, 1 scientific and practical seminar in the format of a discussion club and awarding certificates to participants.

One of the most important events of the forum will be the presentation of the scientific and practical international journal "Law and digital economy" and also the presentation of the scientific monograph "Actual problems of modern law and economy of Europe and Asia", prepared by the main participants and speakers of the forum.

The Forum participants will be able to:

  • Establish business contacts with representatives of European universities and international law firms .

  • To see the presentation and learn expert opinions on topics of the development of digital platforms ,the problems of development of competition law, international humanitarian law, problems of development of legal education.

  • Hear opinions and ask questions to experts and speakers of the forum

  • Visit the gala evening organized for the forum participants in the gastronomic restaurant Grand hotel Cannes

Time and place: Cannes France, Grand hotel, La Croisette.

Participation in the work of the forum. The registration fee is 980 Euro (the amount includes hotel accommodation), the dinner of the forum participants is paid separately.

The organizing Committee does not pay for the travel of participants.

The forum program will be sent to the participants after registration and confirmation of their participation

Registration to the forum is open until 23 July 2018.

Confirmation of participation in the forum is 1 week after registration
