I applied to the court yesterday, April 26, asking for a copy of the court archive documents. I arrived at the courthouse at about 12:15 and went into the lobby and asked who I should contact. The employee who works there said that I should write an application and submit it to the head of the lobby, Mr. Jony, who receives and processes applications. Also he said that lunch time starts at 13:00 and I should have time to write application by that time. I wrote quickly so I finished writing the application at about 12:40 and went in to submit it to the officer in charge. But this employee said that he was going out for lunch and that he would accept the application after 2:00 pm. After that I told him that it was almost 20 minutes until lunch time and I could not wait for him, because I had lesson in the afternoon. But he did not even want to hear me. And I had to wait for him, so I could not attend my class.
In view of the above, I request that you take disciplinary action against Mr. Jony and notify me in writing. I look forward to your reply.
