MecHanisM of corruPtion: Personal and Party levels

The author offers to consider moral and psychological human features when studying the phenomena of cor-

ruption.  As  the  personality  possesses  negative  properties,  the  author  offers  not  only  to  form  anti-corruption 

regulations, but also to develop the moral education of society at the state level. It will provide smaller tendency to 

corruption behavior at the personal level, and it will create the intolerant relation to the corruption in the society. 

Also it is proved that mutual responsibility of the political parties and their members can increase the efficiency of 

the anti-corruption actions. The political parties have to interfere with corruption actions of their members, and 

the members of the parties shouldn’t dare to reduce the authority of their parties by their own unseemly acts.

Key words: anti-corruption regulation, bribe, conscientious worker, corruption behavior, corruption, moral edu-

cation, moral imperative, political party, the «color» revolution, transformation of values.
