First,  right  click  My  Computer  and  click  Properties

Then,  click  the  Hardware  tab,  and  click  Device  Manager.

Find  the  WWAN  device  (should  have  a  yellow  exclamation  mark  next  to  it),  and  right  click  on  it  and  click  

Properties.

Then,  select  the  Details  tab,  and  in  the  drop  down  menu,  select  “Hardware  IDs”.  I  need  the  number  after  

“VEN_”  and  “DEV_”.
