Right To Information Act, 2005 – Regarding.

Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Custom House Agents Association and Public is invited to the Public Notice No.33/2005, dated 30.08.2005, issued from F. No.VIII/48-74/Cus.(T)/05, vide which the information regarding CPIO/CAPIOs, working in this Commissionerate, was publicised.

2. On account of change of certain officers due to transfer, a need has arisen to make amendment in Annexure-D to the said Public Notice. Accordingly, Annexure-D to the said Public Notice dated 30.08.2005, shall stand substituted as per the Annexure-D, attached to this Public Notice.
3. All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce as well as Members of Custom House Agents Associations are requested to publicise the contents of this Public Notice amongst their Members/Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
