Common computer problems and symptoms
Obviously, there are an unlimited number of things that can go wrong with computers. Some are simple enough to be corrected by a can of compressed air and some choice words. Others are not so simple. Whatever your issue may be, here is a standard list that may help you out. As always, try to remember as much as you can and any error messages when describing issues to your IT personnel.
Damaged or Corrupt HDD

Sluggish operation (taking a long time to load programs)
