The commissary is located close to I-25 and Santa Fe. The following equipment is in place: refrigerator, range 

top stove, multiple convection ovens, 40 qt mixer, Robot Coupe, microwave, freezer storage, shelf storage, 

multiple stainless tables, clearing sink with sprayer, vegetable sink. The location has been approved by the 

Dept of Health. The all-inclusive price for the first few months will be $17/hour. No other fees will be required. 

There will be available in the near future some high-end baking equipment. Additionally, the building has 

enough storage for multiple kitchens.
